┌─────────────────────────────────────────────────┐
│ A GRAPHICS CLOCK FOR MICRO CADAM │
└─────────────────────────────────────────────────┘
What is this ???
The program enclosed in this .ZIP file is a utility designed to give
you an on-screen clock. It was originally written to work with the
Prodigy Bulletin Board Service, but is easily used with the MICRO
CADAM software products. In fact, it will probably work with most
other packages you currently use.
Be sure to fully review the AGRCLK14.DOC file enclosed if you intend
on running this utility with any other software besides MICRO CADAM.

How to run with MICRO CADAM ???
First of all, the program is written to work on an EGA or VGA graphics
capable computer. Your graphics card may be capable of either of
these, but you should be running in either EGA or VGA mode to work in
a supported environment. It is possible (though you should not expect
for it to work) that the routine might work with high-resolution
devices. The only way to find out is to try, since no one user can
adequately test every conceivable configuration of MICRO CADAM.
At the DOS prompt enter the following:
AGRCLK14 /c72 /lr /d9
Immediately, you will notice on your text screen that the current
system time is displayed. If you notice that the time is NOT correct,
simply enter the DOS command "TIME" and update it.
Now, enter MICRO CADAM CORNERSTONE or PLUS in the normal method. You
should NOT see a clock display immediately. It will display at the
next cycle of the computer's internal clock.
Although there are hot-keys available once the clock is loaded in
memory, these should generally be avoided with MICRO CADAM.
Since the display of the clock is just above the copyright notice of
CADAM INC, it will not be overwritten by the MICRO CADAM software.
The AGRCLK14.DOC mentions that certain software packages may overwrite
and temporarily adjust the display, but MICRO CADAM does not (in that
area of the screen).

Enjoy and be sure to support Wayne Brink, the programmer who developed
this utility, with your $5.00 contribution to his efforts!!!
If you find this routine useful, be sure to let me know and I may
pursue having Mr. Brink write a custom version of his routine that
specifically addresses the needs of MICRO CADAM users. Just send me
and E-mail on the MICRO CADAM ON-LINE service (id = CURTIS), Compuserve
(id = 76655,1227), or on Prodigy (id = KDNN08A).
